Karla’s official last name was Szwajkowski. Perhaps she anglicized it to avoid having to often recite the spelling.

She will marry sometime near January 1943 to Basil Sugden.

She will have two children, Walter, born in 1951 and Paul born in 1954. Sadly Paul, passes away in 1971 at the age of 17.

Karla lives a full life until 2006, passing away at 89 years of age.

Basil passes away ~2015 at the age of 91.

Her dear son, Walter, becomes a carpenter and stagehand at Stratford Festival for 40 years. He tragically drowns at 64 years of age – August 18, 2016 at Grand Bend.
